Roasting

Lazy Sunday is a light roast that is pleasant to taste. It softens and transforms into warm to your senses. The cocoa bean from Latin America is used to smooth out the brew, while Africa provides citrus notes to balance. The result is a drink that can be consumed by itself, or with cake or milk chocolate. It also goes well with lemon drizzle cakes or vanilla sponges very well.


When brewing this coffee, we recommend using the French Press method, preheating your vessel with some off the boiling water to ensure it is warm and ready for brew. After making the coffee, let it infuse for 4 minutes. This will ensure that the grounds are filled with water and are not being over-extracted.
