Roasting

As a light roast Lazy Sunday is soft on the palate and mellows into a warm embrace for your senses. The cocoa from Latin America is used to smooth the brew while Africa includes citrus notes for balance. The result is a coffee which can be enjoyed on its own or with cakes, milk chocolate or other sweets. It's a perfect match for vanilla and lemon drizzle cakes. sponges.

We recommend using the French Press method to brew this coffee. Preheating your vessel by adding water that has just been boiled will keep it warm. After brewing, let the coffee infuse for 4 minutes.
